Request(s) For Payment. Each Request For Payment shall identify, in detail acceptable to Lender in its sole and absolute discretion, the amount being requested, the payee, the Budget line item detailing the expenditure, invoices for all proposed payments, and confirmation that the payment for which the Request For Payment is submitted conforms to the Budget. The Request For Payment shall be on a form prescribed by Lender from time to time and shall be certified to Lender as true, accurate, and complete and correct by Borrower. The Request For Payment form shall constitute a representation, warranty and covenant as to the matters contained therein. Requests For Payment may be made daily by Borrower’s submission to Lender of a fully executed Request For Payment form at or noon. (Kansas City, Missouri local time) on the business day prior to which Borrower desires the payment to be made. If Lender denies the payment, it will notify Borrower no later than 4:00 p.m. (Kansas City, Missouri local time) on the following business day. Following disbursement, Borrower shall promptly furnish to Lender proof of payment satisfactory to Lender of the items included in the Request for Payment.
