Application(s) for Payment means the Design-Build Firm s’ invoices for payment for Services and Work performed hereunder, to be prepared and submitted in accordance with Article XII. The term includes Applications for Progress Payments and the Application for Final Payment.

Related to Application(s) for Payment

  • Application for Payment means a written request submitted by Contractor to A/E for payment of Work completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and approved Schedule of Values, supported by such substantiating data as Owner or A/E may require.
