Business Signs. LESSEE may erect or place in lawful manner business sighs as they may desire. However design, size, location and layout is subject to reasonable approval by LESSOR and the Department of Building and Planning for the City of Pocatello.
Business Signs. The number of business signs certified as installed/used on the project will be paid for at the Contract unit price for business signs. 102-11.7 Project Information Signs: No separate payment will be made for project information signs. Payment for vehicular LCDs will be paid as the length in feet installed divided by the device spacing for barricades, vertical panels, and drums and certified as installed/used on the project meeting the requirements of Standard Plans, Index 102-600 and have been properly maintained will be paid for at the Contract unit price for channelizing device. Payment for pedestrian LCDs will be paid as the plan quantity length in feet, in place and accepted. For sidewalk closures, the plan quantity length will be based on the width of the sidewalk. The quantity of pedestrian LCDs will be paid for regardless of whether materials are new, used, or relocated from a previous installation on the project. Placement of pedestrian LCDs at locations not shown in the Plans, or not authorized by the Engineer, will be at the Contractor’s expense. Payment for pedestrian LCD mounted signs will be made under Work Zone Signs, per each per day. Payment will be made for each channelizing device that is used to delineate trailer mounted devices. Payment will be made for channelizing devices delineating portable changeable message signs during the period beginning 14 working days before Contract Time begins as authorized by the Engineer.
Business Signs. Save for the Tenantsbusiness name sign, not to paint or affix any other signs, signboards, notices, flagstaff, placard or poster of any kind or other devices on the exterior walls, windows and doors thereof or in any part of the Building except such as shall be approved in writing by the Landlord.
Business Signs. Tenant may erect signs on the exterior of the Leased Premises only with the approval of Landlord, and Tenant agrees to maintain any such signs in a good state of repair and save Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage as a result of the erection, maintenance, existence or removal of the same and shall repair any damage which may have been caused by the erection, existence, maintenance or removal of such signs. Upon vacating the Leased Premises, Tenant agrees to remove all signs and repair all damage caused by such removal.

Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.

  • Business Conducted Borrower shall continue in the business currently conducted by it using its best efforts to maintain its customers and goodwill.   • Computer Systems (a) The Computer Systems adequately meet the data processing and other computing needs of the Business as presently conducted. The Computer Systems function, operate, process and compute in accordance with all Applicable Laws, industry standards and trade practices. The Computer Systems operate and perform in all material respects in accordance with their documentation and functional specifications. The Computer Systems have not materially malfunctioned or failed within the past three years.
