Business Conducted. Borrower shall continue in the business currently conducted by it using its best efforts to maintain its customers and goodwill. Borrower shall not engage, directly or indirectly, in any line of business substantially different from the business conducted by it immediately before the Closing Date, or engage in business or lines of business which are not reasonably related thereto.
Business Conducted. The Borrower shall not engage directly or indirectly, in any line of business other than the businesses in which the Borrower is engaged on the Closing Date.
Business Conducted. The Borrower shall not and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage directly or indirectly, in any material line of business substantially different from those lines of business in which the Borrower and its Subsidiaries are engaged on the Closing Date.
Business Conducted. Each Borrower shall continue in the business presently operated by it using its commercially reasonable efforts to maintain its customers and goodwill. No Borrower shall engage, directly or indirectly, in any material respect in any line of business substantially different from the businesses conducted by such Borrower immediately prior to the Closing Date. Parent shall not engage, directly or indirectly, in any material respect in any line of business that is not either related, ancillary or complementary to the business of Parent as of the Closing Date, or to the businesses conducted by Borrowers.

Business Conducted. Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries (taken as a whole) shall not engage at any time in any line of business other than the lines of business of the same general type currently conducted by it and any businesses incidental to, reasonably related or ancillary thereto, and the lines of business of the general type described on Schedule 8.15 attached hereto and any businesses incidental to, reasonably related or ancillary thereto.

Business Conducted. No Borrower shall or shall permit any of its Subsidiaries to engage, directly or indirectly, in any line of business other than the businesses in which such Person is engaged on the Closing Date or which are reasonably related thereto, including without limitation the design, marketing and distribution of any products covered by the International Housewares Association.
