Business Conducted Sample Clauses
The 'Business Conducted' clause defines the scope and nature of the activities that a party is permitted or required to carry out under the agreement. Typically, it outlines the specific business operations, services, or transactions that are covered, and may set boundaries on what is considered acceptable conduct within the context of the contract. For example, it might specify that a distributor can only sell certain products in designated territories or that a service provider must adhere to industry standards. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities, reducing the risk of disputes over unauthorized or inappropriate business activities.
