STATE OF REPAIR. All xxxxx, wellhead equipment, pumping units, flowlines, tanks, buildings, injection facilities, saltwater disposal facilities, compression facilities, gathering systems, fixtures and equipment that are necessary to conduct normal operations on the Oil and Gas Properties are in good working condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted and are being maintained in a state adequate to conduct normal operations, except for such conditions which, individually or in the aggregate, would not be reasonably expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
STATE OF REPAIR. Hirer shall be understood to have received the Rental Object in a good state of repair and without defects that may hamper its use as contemplated by this Agreement, unless Hirer informs MediCapital Rent of any defect by in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of the Rental Object.
STATE OF REPAIR. To the Sellers Knowledge, the Assets have been maintained in a state of repair so as to be reasonably adequate for normal operations.
STATE OF REPAIR. To such Concho Holdings’ knowledge, the properties included in the Oil and Gas Interests of the Concho Holdings Companies have been maintained in a state of repair so as to be reasonably adequate for normal operations.
STATE OF REPAIR. To the Chase’s knowledge, the properties in the Oil and Gas Interests included in the Chase Assets have been maintained in a state of repair so as to be reasonably adequate for normal operations.
STATE OF REPAIR. To Caza’s knowledge, the properties in the Oil and Gas Interests included in the Caza Assets have been maintained in a state of repair so as to be reasonably adequate for normal operations.

STATE OF REPAIR. 1. The Lessor shall ensure that the Leased Equipment is delivered on the Lease Commencement Date in well-maintained condition and cleaned. On delivery, the Parties shall draw up an ac- ceptance report in which the condition of the Leased Equipment is described.

Unless Customer informs MCR of any defect in writing within five (5) working days of the receipt of the Rented Object, it shall be understood that Customer has received the Rented Object in a good state of repair and without defects that may hamper its use as defined by this rental agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the aforementioned condition shall also apply if Customer has not received the Rented Object in person but instead has (implicitly or explicitly) authorized any other person or entity (for example a user of the Rented Object or a study site operator) to receive the Rented Object on Customer’s behalf.
STATE OF REPAIR. To the Seller’s knowledge, the Properties have been maintained in a state of repair so as to be reasonably adequate for normal operations, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
