BOOTCAMP ADMINISTRATION. WFS Community Engagement (CE) department will serve as a primary contact for initiative partners. WFS CE department staff will work with partners to coordinate and implement grant award. Activities will include but are not limited to securing event facility for in-person Boot Camp. WFS will initiate discussions with UTRGV SBDC regarding the identification of curriculum and presenters to ensure content includes topics relating to best practices and methodologies supporting small business creation and growth. In addition, WFS will maximize and leverage partnerships, such as TWS-VRS to ensure that curriculum products, developed for In-person and Virtual Bootcamps are compatible for accessibility for Individuals with Disabilities. As Spring 2023 nears, WFS will connect with RGV Partnership to discuss potential employers for panels and presentations. At that time WFS will develop flyers and will share with partners for recruitment of participants. The in-person sessions will be recorded and will be aired during the virtual Bootcamp. The virtual Bootcamp will utilize ZOOM platform, with recorded presentations being used for instruction. Presenters will be available online during the virtual Bootcamp to answer questions. All material distributed during in-person sessions will also be available electronically during the virtual sessions. WFS will rely on its workforce system contractor, C2 Global L.L.C., to conduct eligibility for the grant. Contractor will identify dates for eligibility and will verify that participants are: 1) residents of Texas; 2) are guardians of a child eighteen (18) years old or younger; 3) current business owners or new entrepreneurs, 4) are 18 years of age of older; 5) U.S. citizens or non-citizens authorized to work in the U.S.; and 6) meet Military Selective Service registration requirements (males only). Where applicable, supplies and materials will be developed for compatibility for accessibility for Individuals with Disabilities and will be handed to participants attending in person as they arrive. These materials will also be placed on Padlet, an online platform that allows documents, presentations, surveys, reference materials, and other resources to be accessible via a QR code. These electronic materials will be available in English and Spanish and will be made available to participants attending the virtual Bootcamp. WFS will utilize ZOOM to host the virtual Bootcamp.   • WAGE ADMINISTRATION The rules governing salary treatment further to a revision or reclassification shall be the following: • if the occupation is downgraded the employee will benefit from wage protection (for clarity, the employee’s rate of pay prior to the downgrade) for the duration of the Collective Agreement and will be entitled annually to a $750.00 lump sum in lieu of a bargained increase as described in Attachment C of the Collective Agreement until the top salary rate for her salary group exceeds her current rate. • if the occupation is upgraded the pay adjustment will be effective from the date of the request.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

  • Grant Administration The District recognizes that Charter Schools are utilizing revenue sources associated with federal and state agency grants. The District is required to be Fiscal Agent on such grants meaning the District is responsible for oversight, approval, review and distribution of funds. These administrative tasks result in the utilization of District resources. In recognition of this, the District is mandating the following.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • RECORDS ADMINISTRATION Contractor shall maintain or supervise the maintenance of all records necessary to properly account for Contractor’s performance and the payments made by the State Entity to Contractor under this Contract. These records shall be retained by Contractor for at least six (6) years after final payment, or until all audits initiated within the six (6) years have been completed, whichever is later. Contractor agrees to allow, at no additional cost, State of Utah and federal auditors, and State Entity staff, access to all such records.

  • Contract Administration The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market.
