Electronic Materials definition

Electronic Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.
Electronic Materials. Electronic Materials shall be understood to mean Raw Materials that have been keyed (or otherwise converted); formatted in accordance with specified requirements; and supplied with all appropriate Coding Information and Emphasis Tags as specified.
Electronic Materials means any electronic data, databases, or content used in the promotion of the Product or in distribution and optimization of the Product.

Electronic Materials means DVDs, CDs, laser discs, audio and video-tape, audio and visual recordings, films, microfiche, audio and visual broadcasts, computer operating systems, software programs, electronically stored data and text files, computer applications, emails, text messages, instant messages, and all other downloaded, uploaded, retrieved, opened, saved, forwarded or otherwise accessed or stored content.
Electronic Materials or “E-Materials” means discarded electronic equipment including, but not limited to, 253 televisions, computer monitors, central processing units (CPUs), laptop computers, computer peripherals (including 254 external hard drives, keyboards, scanners, and mice), printers, copiers, facsimile machines, radios, stereos, stereo 255 speakers, VCRs, DVDs, camcorders, microwaves, telephones, cellular telephones, and other electronic devices. Some 256 E-Materials or components thereof may be Hazardous Waste or include Hazardous Substances and thus require 257 special handling, Processing, or Disposal.
