ADA Compliant definition

ADA Compliant means with respect to a facility that the facility complies in all respects with the current issue of Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (“ADAAG”).

ADA Compliant means that it is in accordance with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), specifically in accordance with the requirements of the Title II ADA regulations, which requires state and local governments to provide people with disabilities an equal opportunity to benefit from all of its programs, services, and activities and further requires state and local governments to make reasonable modifications when necessary to accommodate people with disabilities.
