Contractor shall comply with County of San Diego Board of Supervisors Policy A-120 "Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Conduct in County Services.” There shall be "Zero Toler­ance" for fraud committed by contractors in the administration of County programs and the provi­sion of County services. Upon proven instances of fraud committed by contractors in con­nection with their performance under the Agreement, said contractor shall be subject to corrective action up to and including termination of the Agreement; and
