  • Errors or Questions If you think your statement or any account or transaction information reflected on Online Banking is wrong or if you need more information about a listed transfer CALL US IMMEDIATELY at Online Banking Support. If you cannot reach us by telephone, you may send us a message through the Secure Online Message Center, but that is not the fastest way of contacting us. Alternatively, you may visit your local branch or write us at the address for disputes provided below or in your Cardholder Agreement. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we make available to you the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.   • Deliveries and Solicitation The Manager may control access to the Residence for deliveries. The Manager may allow reasonable access to political candidates or their representatives for the purpose of canvassing for support and delivering pamphlets.

  • Conflict of Interest Questionnaire Chapter 176 of the Texas Local Government Code requires contractors contracting or seeking to contract with H-GAC to file a conflict of interest questionnaire (CIQ) if they have an employment or other business relationship with an H-GAC officer or an officer’s close family member. The required questionnaire and instructions are located on the H-GAC website or at the Texas Ethics Commission website xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/forms/CIQ.pdf. H-GAC officers include its Board of Directors and Executive Director, who are listed on this website. Respondent must complete and file a CIQ with the Texas Ethics Commission if an employment or business relationship with H-GAC office or an officer’s close family member as defined in the law exists.
