Netting of Payments. Subparagraph (ii) of Section 2(c) of this Agreement will apply to all Transactions (in each case starting from the date of this Agreement).

The Parties hereby agree that they shall discharge mutual debts and payment obligations due and owing to each other on the same date through netting, in which case all amounts owed by each Party to the other Party for the purchase and sale of Product during the monthly billing period under this Agreement, including any related damages calculated pursuant to Section 3.1(h), interest, and payments or credits, shall be netted so that only the excess amount remaining due shall be paid by the Party who owes it. If no mutual debts or payment obligations exist and only one Party owes a debt or obligation to the other during the monthly billing period, such Party shall pay such sum in full when due. The Parties agree to provide each other with reasonable detail of such net payment or net payment request.
Netting of Payments. Section 2(c)(ii) of this Agreement will apply, with the effect that payment netting will not take place with respect to amounts due and owing in respect of more than one Transaction.
