Basis of Design Documents are as follows: For purposes of the Agreement Between Owner and Design-Builder – Cost Plus Fee With an Option for a Guaranteed Maximum Price, the Basis of Design Documents are those documents specifically listed in, as applicable, the GMP Exhibit or GMP Proposal as being the “Basis of Design Documents.” For purposes of the Agreement Between Owner and Design-Builder – Lump Sum, the Basis of Design Documents is the Owner’s Project Criteria, Design- Builder’s Proposal and the Deviation List, if any.

Basis of Design Documents. ADD the following: Those documents prepared by the City and Owner’s Representative defining the Work to be completed by the Design-Builder and establishing detailed project requirements, design criteria and other information required by the Design-Builder and Design Consultant for development of the Design Documents. City – ADD the following: The City of Bend, Oregon, including its duly authorized representatives. The City is described as the Agency in the OSS documents. Contractor – REPLACE with the following: The Design-Builder awarded the Contract according to the solicitation. Reference to the Contractor in the Contract Documents shall be the same as reference to the Design-Builder.

Related to Basis of Design Documents

  • Schematic Design Documents In accordance with the approved Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule and based upon approval of and comments made by the Owner regarding the Concept Design Studies, the Design Professional shall prepare and submit to the Owner Schematic Design Documents, including drawings and outline specifications. These documents shall represent a further development of the approved design concept, providing additional detail and specificity regarding the intended design solution. Typically, all such documents shall be drawn to scale, indicating materials and assemblies, as appropriate, to convey the design intent and to illustrate the Project’s basic elements, scale and relationship to the Site. All major pieces of furniture and equipment to be fixed or supplied by the CM/GC shall be illustrated to scale. (See ASTM Standard Practice E 1804-02, August 2007, Sections 6.3, 8.2 and 8.3 for guidance on information which is generally developed in Schematic Design.)

  • Construction Documents The architectural and engineering documents setting forth the design for the Project prepared by the Design Professional. Construction Documents include, but are not limited to, the Specifications, the Drawings, the Supplementary Conditions, the General Conditions, and all Addenda.

  • Construction Document Phase 1.4.1 Based on the approved Design Development Documents, Guaranteed Maximum Price, coordinated models and any further adjustments in the scope or quality of the Project or in the Amount Available for the Construction Contract authorized by the Owner, the Architect/Engineer shall prepare, for approval by the Owner and review by the Construction Manager, Construction Documents consisting of Drawings, Schedules and Specifications derived from the model(s) in accordance with Owner’s written requirements setting forth in detail the requirements for construction of the Project, including, without limitation, the BIM Execution Plan and “Facility Design Guidelines”. The Plans, Drawings and Specifications for the entire Project shall be so prepared that same will call for the construction of the building and related facilities, together with its built-in permanent fixtures and equipment which will cost not more than the Guaranteed Maximum Price accepted by Owner, or the Amount Available for the Construction Contract established by Owner if no Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal has been accepted by Owner. The Architect/Engineer will be responsible for managing the design to stay within such Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal or Amount Available for the Construction Contract. The Architect/Engineer shall review the Construction Documents as they are being prepared at intervals appropriate to the progress of the Project with the Owner and Construction Manager at the Project site or other location specified by Owner in the State of Texas. The Architect/Engineer shall utilize the model(s) to support the review process during Construction Documents. The Architect/Engineer shall provide the Construction Manager with a compact disc containing documents and data files derived from the model to assist the Construction Manager in fulfilling its responsibilities to the Owner.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specification Document This Agreement shall be interpreted with reference to the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document.

  • Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the work schedules meet federal and state laws.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Contract Documents 7.1 The Contract Documents which comprise the entire agreement between OWNER and CONTRACTOR concerning the Work consist of the following.
