Base Salary & Premium Pay Increase Effective Dates. Wage Increases ( On July 1 of each year of this agreement, all employees shall have their base salary increased by the change, if any, in the Consumer Price Index (CPI), as defined below, for the immediately prior twelve month period commencing January 1 and ending December 31 (the CPI posted for January of each year). Should the change in the CPI for the applicable period be less than 0.0%, the salary of each employee shall remain unchanged. Should the change in the CPI be more than 1.5%, the salary of each employee shall increase 1.5%. Consumer Price Index (CPI) shall be defined, for purposes of this Article, as the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers; All items in Northeast – Class B/C (2,500,000 persons or less), Not Seasonally Adjusted.

  • Effective Date of Increase Price increases shall be effective upon final approval by the State, and may not be posted on the pricelist prior to receipt of final approval.

  • Annual Increases On each anniversary of Employee's termination from employment, any remaining amounts to be paid during the next year pursuant to this Paragraph 9 shall be increased to an amount equal to one hundred ten percent (110%) of the amounts required to be paid by Employer hereunder under the provisions of this Paragraph 9 during the preceding year.

  • Date Increment Due Increments shall accrue and become due and payable on the next day following completion of required service as an employee in the class, unless otherwise provided herein.

  • Annual Increments (a) For regular full-time Employees, a one-step increase within the salary range shall become effective as of the first day of April or the first day of October as the case may be.
