Bakery Department Manager, Meat Department Manager, Produce Department Manager. Employees assigned to relieve a Bakery Department Manager, Meat Department Manager, or Produce Department Manager for a period of more than one (1) consecutive working day shall receive a minimum of sixty-five (65¢) cents per hour in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay for all time so employed.

Bakery Department Manager, Meat Department Manager, Produce Department Manager. Employees assigned to relieve a Bakery Department Manager, Meat Department Manager or Produce Department Manager for a period of one (1) day or more shall receive seventy (70¢) cents per hour effective December 2, 2018 in addition to their hourly rate of pay. Any employee designated by the Employer to relieve a non-union Bakery Department Manager, Meat Department Manager, or Produce Department Manager for a full week will have a basic work week of forty (40) hours per week.
