Awarding Additional Cyclic Work. When additional work is required of a cyclic position during a period for which the position was scheduled for leave without pay, the temporary work will first be offered to the incumbent(s). Unless otherwise agreed among affected employees, where there are multiple incumbents qualified to perform the temporary work, opportunities will be offered to employees on a rotating basis starting with the most senior employee. The employee will be allowed at least three (3) days in which to accept or decline the offer.
