AWARD OF BID. The City reserves the right to award the bid in a manner that best serves the interests of the City of Naples.
AWARD OF BID. 1. The County shall award the bid to the best, responsive and responsible bidder complying with the provisions of the Invitation for Bid.
AWARD OF BID. 4.1 It is the intent of the City/County to award multiple contracts, with per “Ton” or “Gallon” cost and plant proximity to project location being the determining factors in daily contractor selection.
AWARD OF BID. This is an all or nothing bid. Any Bidder who fails to bid all the items listed in the Items List below, or who does not submit/meet any requirements stated herein, will be deemed non-responsive. SPD reserves the right to refuse the award of bid to any Bidder deemed non-responsive or non-responsible. The Award will be based on totals of Items 1, 4, 7, and 10. Hourly cost for additional composition is requested in the Bidder’s pricing response for Items 3, 6, 9, and 12 is for the purpose of providing TRD with a reference point for potential future costs only, and does not guarantee any specific amount of composition work. Historically, costs for items 3, 6, 9, and 12 represent less than 1% of the total cost of lines 1, 4, 7, and 10.
AWARD OF BID. The bid for construction of the Agency Improvements shall have been awarded to a general contractor.
AWARD OF BID. A. The Review Committee or Department will make a recommendation based upon the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the Invitation for Bids and is most advantageous to the Town. If lowest fails to comply, then the second will be called upon, and so on.
AWARD OF BID. 16.1 JMRC will award the contract to the Lowest Bidder(L1), whose bid has been determined to be substantially responsive, technically & commercially suitable, complete & in accordance with the bid document. Also, the contract may be awarded jointly to the Lowest Bidder (L1) & 2nd Lowest Bidder (L2) in the ratio 70:30 of Quantity of Shifts provided 2nd Lowest Bidder (L2) is technically eligible and L2 matches the rate of Lowest Bidder (L1). Further the said ratio 70:30 will be applied to the no. of 4 hrs. shifts to be deployed and since the deployment keeps on varying on day to day basis the said ratio will be maintained to the extent possible. JMRC will not accept any claim or compensation in this regard on account of non maintenance of said distribution of work between Lowest Bidder (L1) and 2nd Lowest Bidder (L2).
AWARD OF BID. Award of bid shall be made on the basis of the bid that is most advantageous to the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority. In all instances, the decision rendered by the Airport Authority shall be final.
AWARD OF BID. Will be based on price, discounts, availability of titles, past performance, references and the quality and capability of the online ordering system.
