Attendance at Regulatory Meetings. Each Party shall provide the others with prior notice of all meetings and teleconferences between representatives of the notifying Party and regulatory authorities regarding any Collaboration Product. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Party receiving such notice shall have the right to have representatives participate in all such meetings and teleconferences. Each Party shall keep a reasonably detailed record of each contact between such Party and all regulatory authorities regarding any Collaboration Product and deliver a copy of such record to the other Party within three (3) business days of such contact.
Attendance at Regulatory Meetings. BI or Transcend, as the case may be, will provide the other Party with reasonable prior notice of all meetings between its representatives and regulatory authorities regarding marketing approval of the Licensed Products. The recipient of such notice shall have the right to have a representative present at all important meetings at such recipient's sole expense; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the Party holding such meeting with a regulatory authority may revoke this right with respect to any particular meeting if, in its good faith reasonable judgment, the presence of any other Party will be a detriment to the success of the meeting. Each of BI and Transcend will furnish, at the other's request, a representative to attend regulatory meetings of the other regarding marketing approval of the Licensed Products.

TKT shall have the right to have a representative present at all important meetings in the United States, and upon request at all important meetings in other countries; provided, however, that MMD may revoke this right with respect to any particular meeting if, in its good faith reasonable judgment, the presence of any other party will be a detriment to the success of the meeting. TKT will furnish, at MMD's request, a representative to attend drug regulatory meetings regarding marketing approval of * .

Each of DRL and Metasyn will furnish, at the other's request, a representative to attend regulatory meetings of the other regarding marketing approval of the Licensed Products.

Pharmacia will inform Nabi, with reasonable prior notice, of all meetings between its representatives and regulatory authorities regarding marketing approval of the Licensed Products. Nabi shall have the right to have a representative present at all important meetings if appropriate. Pharmacia will be solely responsible for the conduct of the meeting.
Attendance at Regulatory Meetings. Genzyme shall provide --------------------------------- Aptein with prior notice of all meetings between representatives of Genzyme and regulatory authorities regarding any Co0llaboration Product. Except as otherwise provided herein, Aptein and its Affiliates shall have the right to have representatives present at all such meetings.
Attendance at Regulatory Meetings. Teva will provide AutoImmune with reasonable prior notice of all meetings between its representatives and regulatory authorities regarding marketing approval of the Licensed Products. AutoImmune shall have the right to have a representative present at all important meetings; provided, however, that Teva may revoke this right with respect to any particular meeting if, in its good faith reasonable judgment, the presence of AutoImmune will be a detriment to the success of the meeting. AutoImmune will furnish, at Teva's request, a representative to attend regulatory meetings of Teva regarding marketing approvals of the Licensed Products.
Attendance at Regulatory Meetings. Each Party will inform the other Party of planned meetings between its representatives and governmental or Regulatory Authorities regarding Regulatory Approvals and Regulatory Submissions for the Product in the Territory and, where appropriate to do so, make reasonable efforts to include the other Party in such meetings.
