Use of School Equipment The association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including typewriters, computers, telecommunications resources, copy machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines and all types of audio/visual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials, supplies and equipment incident to such use.
Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.
Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.
Use of School Facilities A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost, at reasonable times for meetings, provided that the building principal is notified to ensure no conflicts. The Association will be required to pay for additional custodial costs involved. These meetings will not start until thirty (30) minutes after the close of the students' school day.
Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)
Personal Protective Equipment 64.1 While not being part of any issue of work clothing/equipment supplied (see clause 26), the Employer shall be required to provide personal protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary for the Employee to perform their required duties including:
Goods and Services 4.3.1. The Supplier shall ensure that the Goods and/or the Services provided are fit for the purposes that may reasonably be inferred from the technical specifications and in accordance with the timetable for performance defined in the Contract. In any event the Supplier commits himself to achieve performance and results stipulated in the Contract.
Allocation and use of scarce resources Any procedures for the allocation and use of scarce resources, including frequencies, numbers and rights of way, will be carried out in an objective, timely, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. The current state of allocated frequency bands will be made publicly available, but detailed identification of frequencies allocated for specific government uses is not required.

Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.
