Assistant Athletic Coaches. The District will provide for the equivalent of fifteen (15) Assistant Athletic Coaches. Assistant Athletic Coaches will receive a stipend of $4,683 for the entire sports season. An increase will be applied during the duration of this Agreement equivalent to the increase, if any, applied to Salary Schedule 10. THIS SECTION WILL BE IN EFFECT UNTIL JULY 1, 2012 Guidelines for administration of FULL-TIME Cosmetology Contract and regular faculty Salary Schedule Salary placement on the Cosmetology program (Full-Time) Contract and Regular Faculty Salary Schedule shall be determined by the District according to the following criteria.

Assistant Athletic Coaches. The Assistant Athletic Coaches will receive a stipend relative to the duration of the season and level of responsibilities as defined in the three levels below: Level 1: One Semester with no recruiting = $2,400 Level 2: Two Semesters + recruiting = $4,800 Level 3: Year Round + recruiting + large team size or lengthy season = $8,000 In order to track hours for all coaches, assistant coaches, and coordinator coaches, create an agreement to provide to those employees that lists their pay and hours worked from August 1 to July 31 of each year.

  • Distant Work An employee sent from his or her usual locality to another (in circumstances other than those prescribed in 5.9.4(a) hereof) and required to remain away from his or her usual place of abode will be paid travelling time whilst necessarily travelling between such localities, and expenses whilst so absent from his or her usual locality.

  • Distant/ Away Work Where an employee volunteers to be transferred to a distant site, they shall not be entitled to living away allowances or travel expenses. Where an employee is specifically requested to transfer to a distant site, they shall be entitled to living away allowances. All arrangements regarding distant sites shall be formalised in writing and witnessed by another employee. The selection of employees for away work shall be solely at the discretion of the Company.

  • Assistant Treasurer The assistant treasurer shall in the absence or disability of the treasurer, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the treasurer and shall perform such other duties as the Board of Trustees or the chief executive officer may from time to time prescribe.

  • Vice Presidents The Vice Presidents will, subject to the control of the Member, perform such duties as may be assigned to them by the President and will have the general powers and duties usually vested in the office of vice president of corporations, and will have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Member. In the case of the death, disability or absence of the President, a Vice President shall perform and be vested with all the duties and powers of the President until the Member appoints a new President.

  • Teaching Assistants 1. All Teaching Assistants shall receive the same remuneration per base unit and the difference between the amount paid a Graduate Teaching Assistant and other Teaching Assistants is an associated scholarship. See XIII D. for appropriate compensation.

  • Casual Nurse is a Nurse in an employment relationship which is not regular. A Casual Nurse may be offered work as outlined in this Agreement. The Employer may offer work to a Casual Nurse at the Employer’s discretion subject to the provisions of the Collective Agreement. Once a Casual Nurse accepts a work assignment including a scheduled extra shift, a relief shift, a Temporary Position, a period of Stand-By or a Call Back during a Stand-By, the Casual Nurse is obligated to work. Except where specifically excluded, the provisions of the Collective Agreement apply to a Casual Nurse.

  • Nurse is an employee included in the Bargaining Unit described in Article 2.00.

  • ARTISTES AND ATHLETES 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 14 and 15, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as an athlete, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State.

  • Casual Nurses i) It is understood that casual Nurses do not have normal hours of work. All assignments for the next day will be faxed by the office by 1630h.
