ARTICLE THREE: RECOGNITION - EMPLOYEES COVERED. ‌ Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Township hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to hours, wages, terms and conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement for all full-time employees of the Township in classifications included in the bargaining unit in Schedule A, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • ' Compensation & Employer's Liability The Service Provider shall maintain during the life of this Agreement for all of the Service Provider's employees engaged in work performed under this agreement:
