Common use of Approved Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Approved Leave of Absence. with Pay During Vacation When employees are qualified for sick leave, bereavement, or any other approved leave with pay during their vacation period, there shall be no deduction from the vacation credits for such leave. An employee intending to claim displaced vacation leave must advise the Employer and provide a fully completed sick leave form within five (5) working days of returning to work.
