Appeal of Discharge or Suspension. 1. Written notice of Discharge or Suspension shall be presented to the employee and the Association on the same day.
Appeal of Discharge or Suspension. Should the discharged or suspended employee or a Xxxxxxx consider the discharge or suspension to be improper, a complaint shall be presented in writing through the Xxxxxxx beginning at STEP 3 of the grievance procedure within five (5) regularly scheduled working days of the discharge or suspension. The Employer will review the discharge or suspension and give its answer within five (5) regularly scheduled working days after receiving the complaint. If the decision is not satisfactory to the Union, the matter shall be referred to STEP 4 of the grievance procedure.
Appeal of Discharge or Suspension. Should the discharged or suspended non-probationary employee and/or the xxxxxxx consider the discharge or suspension to be improper, it shall be submitted to the final step of the grievance procedure.
Appeal of Discharge or Suspension. Grievances involving an appeal of discharge or suspension shall be initiated directly at Level II. Further, discharge of an employee during the probationary period shall not be processed beyond Level II of the grievance procedure.

Should the discharged, suspended or disciplined employee or the xxxxxxx consider the action to be improper, a grievance shall be presented in writing through the xxxxxxx to Step II of the Grievance Procedure, within five (5) regularly scheduled working days after receiving the discipline.
