Annual Medical Examination. All employees shall, if required, have an annual medical examination by the qualified medical practitioner of their choice, and all employees who attend for an examination shall obtain a copy of the medical report and a copy shall be sent to the Board. If the Board is not satisfied, the Board, at its own expense, may have the employee attend for an examination before a qualified medical practitioner of the Board’s choice. However, if the employee objects to the medical practitioner selected by the Board, he/she shall have the option of naming three (3) medical practitioners, one whom shall be selected by the Board.
