Annual Medical Examination. Employer agrees to make available to all Corrections Officers one (1) annual medical examination; provided, that such examination shall be conducted by a medical doctor and facility designated by the Sheriff or his designee.

Annual Medical Examination. The Superintendent agrees to have a comprehensive medical examination at District expense, by a physician acceptable to both the Board and the Superintendent, once a year, and to obtain a statement certifying that the Superintendent is physically able to perform his essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
