Annual Leave. 11.1 Employees, other than casuals, shall be entitled to four weeks annual leave, taken and paid in accordance with the Holidays Act 2003 and subject to the other provisions of this clause, except that on completion of five years current continuous service as defined in Clause 2.0 the employee shall be entitled to 5 weeks annual leave. For the purposes of this clause, “recognised service” shall be as defined in clause 2.0.
