Common use of Amount of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Amount of Sick Leave. Employees accumulate sick leave at the rate of twelve (12) hours per one hundred and seventy-three (173) regular hours paid, up to a maximum accumulation of one hundred and forty-four (144) hours in a calendar year and to a maximum accumulation of one thousand (1,000) hours.

Employees accumulate Regular full-time employees and regular part-time employees who normally and regularly work seventeen and one-half (17.5) hours or more per week, shall earn seven (7) hours sick leave at the rate of twelve for every one hundred (12100) hours per one hundred and seventy-three (173) regular hours paid, up they actually work. Such sick credits may be accumulated to a maximum accumulation of one thousand, two hundred and forty-four sixty (144) hours in a calendar year and to a maximum accumulation of one thousand (1,0001,260) hours.
