Bidder shall follow the instructions issued along with addendum with regard to submission of impact on quoted price/ revised price, if any. AMENDMENT OF BIDDING DOCUMENT made by the Employer exclusively through the issue of an addendum pursuant to ITB 8 and not through the minutes of the pre-bid meeting. Nonattendance at the pre-bid meeting will not be a cause for disqualification of a Bidder.
