Amendment Documents. This Amendment as executed by the parties hereto and any other agreement, document, instrument or certificate reasonably required by the Agent or the Lenders to be executed or delivered by the Borrower or any other Loan Party in connection with this Amendment, each duly executed by each of the parties thereto (collectively, the "Amendment Documents");

Amendment Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received: (i) this Amendment, executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of each of the REIT, the Borrower and the applicable Lenders; and (ii) an Acknowledgment and Consent (the “Acknowledgment and Consent”) substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, duly executed and delivered by the REIT and the Guarantors.
