Revised Price definition

Revised Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(d).
Revised Price means, in respect of a Half Hour, the price of energy used for settlement purposes in the Energy Market for that Half Hour as determined by the Market Company in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Market Rules on the basis of revised values rather than on the basis of the otherwise applicable real-time pricing schedule, as that term is defined in the Market Rules;
Revised Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(d) hereof. “Rounding Amount” shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.2(c) hereof. “RPS” shall mean the requirements established pursuant to Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 25A, § 11F that require all retail electricity suppliers in Massachusetts to provide a minimum percentage of electricity from RPS Class I Renewable Generation Units, and such successor laws and regulations as may be in effect from time to time.

  • The offer against tender should remain valid for a minimum period of 180 days from the date of opening of the Price bid or Revised Price bid if any.

  • In the course of evaluation, if more than one bidder happens to occupy L-1 status, Revised Price & Ranking will be arrived as per GeM terms & conditions.

  • In case where the tenderers are given opportunity to revise their Price Bids, only the Revised Price Bids are opened and the original Price Bids are to be kept in tact in custody of the company.

  • SAR Price means the exercise price or conversion price of each share of Common Stock covered by a SAR, determined on the Date of Grant of the SAR.

  • Adjusted Price means the Unit Price, for a particular Pharmaceutical in any Relevant Period, divided by two;

  • Fixed Price means the fixed prices for ancillary Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in the SOW; FOIA means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such legislation;

  • Quoted Price of the Common Stock means the last reported sale price of the Common Stock on the Nasdaq National Market, or, if the Common Stock is listed on a national securities exchange, then on such exchange, or if the Common Stock is not quoted on Nasdaq National Market or listed on an exchange, the average of the last bid and asked price on the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System.

  • Day-ahead Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Discounted Market Price of Shares means, if the Shares are listed only on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Market Price less the maximum discount permitted under the TSX Policy applicable to Options.

  • Purchase Price Per Share means $0.01 per share, as may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with Section 5 or 6.

  • Lowest Submitted Price means the lowest price quoted in a bid, which is otherwise not substantially responsive;

  • SAFE Price means the price per share equal to (x) the Valuation Cap divided by (y) the Fully Diluted Capitalization.

  • Price means an amount of money tendered for goods or services, and includes all applicable taxes less all unconditional discounts;

  • Approved Price means the "fair value" as determined by the Trust in accordance with the valuation procedures adopted from time to time by the Board of Trustees of the Trust and for which the Trust receives a marked-to-market price (which, for the purpose of clarity, shall not mean Market Value) from an independent source at least semi-annually.

  • Offered Price has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

If Counterparty disputes the Calculation Agent’s determination of the Current Price of any Reference Obligation, then Counterparty may, no later than two hours after Counterparty is given notice of such determination, (a) designate up to two entities, each of which shall be either (i) an Approved Buyer or (ii) a Dealer of credit standing acceptable to Citibank in the exercise of its reasonable discretion and (b) provide to Citibank within such two-hour period with respect to each such Approved Buyer or Dealer a Firm Bid with respect to the entire Reference Amount of the Reference Obligation. The higher of such two Firm Bids will be the Current Price. The “Current Price” shall be expressed as a percentage of par and will be determined exclusive of accrued interest.

  • The Price means the price payable to the Supplier under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Ask Price means the price at which the Company is willing to sell a CFD.

  • Base Price means the price to be used as the basis for determining the Spread upon the exercise of an Appreciation Right.
