Alarm. Lessee agrees to pay any fine imposed on the Junior League of Little Rock pursuant to the False Alarm Reduction Ordinance (Little Rock Ordinance No. 19, 331) due to the acts, omissions, or negligence of the Lessee, its agents, employees or guests.
Alarm. If Tenant desires any signal, communications, alarm, computer or other utility or service connections installed or changed in the Premises, the same shall be installed or changed at the expense of Tenant, but only with the prior written approval and under the direction of Landlord. Landlord waives any objection to the existing alarm system in the Premises.
Alarm. 3.1 The Client must, as soon as is practicable after execution of this Agreement and at its own expense: (a) If an Alarm has: (i) not yet been installed on the Premises at the time of execution of this Agreement - cause an Alarm to be designed and installed in accordance with current applicable Australian Standards, the Building Code of Australia requirements and the DFES Direct Brigade Alarm Connection Code; or (ii) been installed on the Premises – take all necessary measures to bring the Alarm into conformity with current applicable Australian Standards, the Building Code of Australia requirements and the DFES Direct Brigade Alarm Connection Code as are applicable; (b) Provide a suitable environment in which the Automatic Signalling Equipment may be installed and maintained; (c) Notify DFES in writing once either clause 3.1(a)(i) or (ii) (as applicable), and clause 3.1(b) have been satisfied; (d) Ensure the Alarm is appropriately installed and maintained, and that it is and remains compliant with all applicable Australian Standards, Building Code of Australia requirements and Direct Brigade Alarm Connection Code; and (e) Ensure that at all times the Automatic Signalling Equipment is and remains adequately protected from fire, impact, lightning strikes and electricity surges. 3.2 After receiving notice under clause 3.1
Alarm. Lessee is also advised that the premises that are the subject of this instrument are protected by an alarm linked to the SECURITAS video surveillance company, the triggering of which is conditioned by the complete closure of all exits of the building. The obligations related to this alarm are the subject of a written procedure which shall be provided to Lessee when it effectively takes possession of the premises that are the subject of this instrument
Alarm. The alarm sounds whenever an indicator lights or during a system malfunction. A short half-second beep indicates good status and a three second alarm indicates an error. The alarm volume dial is located on the right side of the control panel and is accessible by opening the front cover.
Alarm. Any costs as a result of setting off the faculty alarm unnecessary by attempts of gaining access to the faculty of Aerospace Engineering will be shifted to the Renter.

Alarm. The Hirer must set the alarm at the end of the hire period. Should the alarm be activated by the hirer, a call-out fee of $52+GST will be charged by the KCDC security company and is subject to change without notice.

  • Sprinkler System TWENTY-SIXTH.--If there now is or shall be installed in said building a "sprinkler system" the Tenant agrees to keep the appliances thereto in the demised premises in repair and good working condition, and if the New York Board of Fire Underwriters or the New York Fire Insurance Exchange or any bureau, department of official of the State or local government requires or recommends that any changes, modifications, alterations or additional sprinkler heads or other equipment be made or supplied by reason of the Tenant's business, or the location of partitions, trade fixtures, or other contents of the demised premises, or if such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other equipment in the demised premises are necessary to prevent the imposition of a penalty or charge against the full allowance for a sprinkler system in the fire insurance rate as fixed by said Exchange, or by any Fire Insurance Company, the Tenant will at the Tenant's own expense, promptly made and supply such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other equipment. As additional rent hereunder the Tenant will pay to the Landlord, annually in advance, throughout the term $ toward the contract price for sprinkler supervisory service.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Sprinklers Subject to any terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein, Landlord shall provide an operative sprinkler system consisting of mains, laterals, and heads “AS IS” on the date of delivery of the Premises to Tenant. Tenant shall pay for piping distribution, drops and relocation of, or additional, sprinkler system heads and Building firehose or firehose valve cabinets, if Tenant’s Plans and/or any applicable Laws necessitate such.

  • Ventilation Where noxious or poisonous gases may accumulate, the City shall provide proper protection and ventilation. Proper lighting and ventilation shall be provided for all enclosed working spaces. All work in enclosed and confined spaces shall be performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Spray painting shall be done only by qualified painters.

  • Heating The Hirer shall ensure that no unauthorised heating appliances shall be used on the premises when open to the public without the consent of the management committee. Portable Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) heating appliances shall not be used.
