Alarm. If Tenant desires any signal, communications, alarm, computer or other utility or service connections installed or changed in the Premises, the same shall be installed or changed at the expense of Tenant, but only with the prior written approval and under the direction of Landlord. Landlord waives any objection to the existing alarm system in the Premises.
Alarm. The Hirer must set the alarm at the end of the hire period. Should the alarm be activated by the hirer, a call-out fee of $52+GST will be charged by the KCDC security company and is subject to change without notice.
Alarm xxx’s privacy policies and procedures are viewable, during the Term, at Xxxxx.xxx’s Customer Website, currently at xxx.xxxxx.xxx, and are subject to change in accordance with their terms.
Alarm. The alarm sounds whenever an indicator lights or during a system malfunction. A short half-second beep indicates good status and a three second alarm indicates an error. The alarm volume dial is located on the right side of the control panel and is accessible by opening the front cover.
Alarm xxx shall continue to work on the Error, during normal business hours, until a resolution is found. All available resources shall be used to assist the person who is responsible for the resolution of the Error; and

  • SPRINKLER SYSTEM 31. If there shall be a "sprinkler system" in the demised premises for any period during this lease, Tenant shall pay $ per month, for sprinkler supervisory service. If such sprinkler system is damaged by any act or omission of Tenant or its agents, employees, licensees of visitors. Tenant shall restore the system to good working condition at its own expense. If the New York Board of Fire Underwriters, the New York Fire Insurance Exchange, the Insurance Services Office or any governmental authority requires the installation or any alteration to a sprinkler system by reason of Tenant's occupancy or use of the premises, including any alteration necessary to obtain the full allowance for a sprinkler system in the fire insurance rate of Landlord, or for any other reason, Tenant shall make such installation or alteration promptly, and at its own expense. HEAT, ELEVATOR, ETC.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Sprinklers 29. Anything elsewhere in this lease to the contrary notwithstanding, if the New York Board of Fire Underwriters or the Insurance Services Office or any bureau, department or official of the federal, state or city government require or recommend the installation of a sprinkler system or that any changes, modifications, alterations, or additional sprinkler heads or other equipment be made or supplied in an existing sprinkler system by reason of Tenant's business, or the location of partitions, trade fixtures, or other contents of the demised premises, or for any other reason, or if any such sprinkler system installations, changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other such equipment become necessary to prevent the imposition of a penalty or charge against the full allowance for a sprinkler system in the fire insurance rate set by any said Exchange or by any fire insurance company. Tenant shall, at Tenant's expense, promptly make such sprinkler system installations, changes, modifications, alterations, and supply additional sprinkler heads or other equipment as required whether the work involved shall be structural or non-structural in nature, Tenant shall pay to Owner as additional rent the sum of $ , on the first day of each month during the term of this lease, as Tenant's portion of the contract price for sprinkler supervisory service.   • Ventilation Where noxious or poisonous gases may accumulate, the City shall provide proper protection and ventilation. Proper lighting and ventilation shall be provided for all enclosed working spaces. All work in enclosed and confined spaces shall be performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Spray painting shall be done only by qualified painters.

  • Heating The Hirer shall ensure that no unauthorised heating appliances shall be used on the premises when open to the public without the consent of the management committee. Portable Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) heating appliances shall not be used.

  • Systems The Sub-Administrator shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by the Sub-Administrator in connection with the services provided by the Sub-Administrator to the Administrator and the Funds.

  • Fencing A 6-0’ galvanized, 9 gauge, 2” mesh fencing and chain link fence-with gate around perimeter electrical equipment pad locations is included. Special provisions for privacy slats, special hardware, lock sets, small fabric, etc. are not included. 4” bollards are included only in areas subject to vehicle impact.   • Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.

  • Landscaping Maintaining, tending and cultivating and (as necessary) re-stocking any garden or grassed areas including replacing plants, shrubs and trees as necessary.

  • Moonlighting 1. No employee covered by this Agreement shall hold an active C17 or work on his/her own behalf as a self-employed individual after his regular hours of employment, or on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and designated days off on any work covered by the jurisdiction of this Agreement.
