Customer Server means any server of the Customer which the Company has, as set out in the Schedule and as part of the Internet Services, agreed to house at the Company’s premises;

Customer Server means the computer server equipment operated by the Customer at the Facility and any other equipment permitted by Firstserv to be kept by The Customer at the Facility, as listed in the Service Order.

For Software licensed under a Customer Server License or a Subscription License, SRS shall not be liable to Customer for any loss of any Electronic Data unless such loss is caused by SRS willful misconduct or gross negligence.
