Agenda and reminders. As stated before. When the user spontaneously wants to launch the agenda, he/she just says “XxXxXx, open/launch Agenda”. The system can also ask the user if he/she wants to look at the agenda, when turned on. The schedule appears (for example: As shown in Figure 1) and the avatar could appear in the right (up or down) corner (ViP browsing interface). At the beginning, the screen shows the whole week, it can help the user to quickly see what is happening next in his/her week. Slowly the screen zooms to the current day. The agenda, as shown in Figure 1 is just an example and should be modified to match the needs and familiarity with technology of the elderly.   • Restrictions on Use of Hazardous Substances Borrower will not cause or permit the presence, use, disposal, storage, or release of any Hazardous Substances, or threaten to release any Hazardous Substances, on or in the Property. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner.
