Current Day definition

Current Day means any day of the week, including Saturday, Sunday or any other day that is a holiday, anywhere in the world. “CVM” means the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Current Day refers to funds from a Chase Account that are scheduled to be sent with a present day Send On date (i.e., the transfer is scheduled to begin processing the same date as the Instructions are entered).
Current Day. Means a calendar day unless differently specified.

Examples of Current Day in a sentence

  • If there are insufficient available funds to cover a Current Day payment, we will not retry the payment and it will be immediately rejected.

  • If sufficient funds are not in your account to cover a Current Day payment, we will not retry the transaction and the payment will be immediately rejected.

  • Except with regard to certain Transfers to and from Investment Accounts, if there are insufficient available funds (or available credit) to cover a Current Day transfer, we will not retry the transaction and the transfer will be immediately rejected.

  • Fiscal Quarters means the period from January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30 and October 1 to December 31 of the applicable year.

  • Fund Business Day means any day on which the NAV of Shares of each Fund is determined as stated in the then current Prospectus.
