We do not cover the cost associated with locating or gaining access to the septic tank or sewer hook-ups nor do we cover the cost of installing cleanouts or hook ups if they do not already exist; disposal of waste; chemical treatments of the septic tank or sewer lines, stoppages caused by root invasion and/or stoppages caused by foreign objects, such as but not limited to, toys and bottle caps.
