Message Box definition

Message Box means the secure electronic communication tool available for use within your Holding and accessible via the Goldmoney Website;
Message Box means the secure electronic communication tool available for use within your Concept Advantage Project Account’s Project Dashboard and accessible via the Concept Advantage Project Website;

  • We may vary or amend the terms or provisions of this Agreement, including the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer and any increases in fees charged by GoldMoney but excluding fees charged by Net-Gold which are covered by the notification requirement in clause 9.C, by giving You thirty (30) days written notice of any variation or amendment, which notice if posted to Your Message Box or Email Address shall be deemed to have been received by You on the day it was posted.

  • Messages means both “EDI Messages” or “Other Messages”.

  • Message means Data structured in accordance with the Adopted Protocol and transmitted electronically between the parties including where the context admits any part of such Data.
