AEROSOL FILLING FACILITIES. DPT agrees to design, build, obtain necessary permits and licenses for, and manage an aerosol filling facility consisting of a production line and a laboratory line (collectively, the "Initial Project") in San Antonio, Texas. The Initial Project will support both cGMP research and development work and cGMP commercial production capable of filling at an approximate rate of [*]. The design and cost estimates for the facility shall be prepared by DPT and approved in advance by Connetics. The agreement of the Parties with respect to all aspects of the construction and use of the aerosol filling facility will be the subject of a separate agreement between the Parties. * Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission. AEROSOL FILLING FACILITIES. Pursuant to the Facilities Agreement, DPT designed and built the Connetics' Lines, consisting of a production line and a laboratory line in San Antonio, Texas paid for by Connetics. During the first half of 2004, Connetics will contribute additional capital for Improvements and Additions to the Connetics' Lines, as those terms are defined in the Amendment to the Facilities Agreement.

  • Trading facilities Most open-outcry and electronic trading facilities are supported by computer-based component systems for the order-routing, execution, matching, registration or clearing of trades. As with all facilities and systems, they are vulnerable to temporary disruption or failure. Your ability to recover certain losses may be subject to limits on liability imposed by the system provider, the market, the clearing house and/or member firms. Such limits may vary; you should ask the firm with which you deal for details in this respect.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Working Facilities During the Term of Employment, the Company shall furnish the Executive with an office, secretarial help and such other facilities and services suitable to his position and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.

  • BUYER'S FACILITIES 1. Buyer will maintain at its own expense facilities from the delivery point to the point of use and the burners and equipment for using gas, and Buyer will at all times keep gas-using equipment on said premises in a condition conforming with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed therefore by regulatory authority having jurisdiction thereover and with the requirements of any valid law thereto appertaining. In the event that rules are not prescribed by a regulatory authority, Buyer will abide by codes as used in the gas industry.
