Buyer’s Facilities definition

Buyer’s Facilities means the Gas pipelines, installations, machinery, measurement equipment and other facilities downstream of the Delivery Point which are owned, operated, required and/or controlled by the Buyer, including any facilities owned and/or operated by an Affiliate or a third party with whom the Buyer has contracted to/leased such facilities for Gas transportation and which are used by the Buyer to take and accept delivery of Sales Gas in accordance with and under this Agreement.
Buyer’s Facilities means the Buyer’s facilities downstream of the Delivery Point extending to Port, storage, reception facilities for either refining or onward transportation.
Buyer’s Facilities means all Plants, machinery, pipeline, and other equipment from the Delivery Point onwards necessary to accept and receive delivery of Gas under this Agreement including the facilities of the BUYER’s Transporter(if applicable) and/or Buyer’s customer (if applicable)

Examples of Buyer’s Facilities in a sentence

  • Buyer shall cause the Gas to be transported to Buyer’s Facilities and shall make all requisite arrangements for the transportation of Gas from the Delivery Point to Buyer’s Facilities.

  • Buyer shall ensure receipt, offtake and transportation of Gas from the Delivery Point to the Buyer’s Facilities.

  • Delivery of possession from one pipeline to another made in the course of transportation of Gas to Buyer’s Facilities shall be only for the purpose of making of an integrated and continuous movement of Gas from the Delivery Point to Buyer’s Facilities.

  • Buyer shall employ services of one or more pipelines and transporters to act in succession so as to ensure that the movement is continuous and that the Gas is transported to Buyer’s Facilities.

  • At the end of the e-Bidding, the Bidder will be required to indicate the allocation of the GSPA Quantity for its various GAs and execute separate GSPAs for each such GAs in which its Buyer’s Facilities are located.


More Definitions of Buyer’s Facilities

Buyer’s Facilities means those facilities located at or proximate to the Discharge Port, as further specified in the relevant Confirmation Notice, that are used by Buyer for the fulfilment of its obligations under a Confirmation Notice, which encompass the area between the outward flange of the LNG unloading arms and the tailgate of the regasification terminal, including (i) the LNG ship berthing facilities and the Discharge Port facilities, (ii) the LNG unloading, receipt, storage, treatment (if necessary) and regasification facilities, (iii) the Natural Gas (and LNG if applicable) processing and delivery facilities and (iv) all ancillary equipment, whether or not owned by Buyer and whether operated directly by Buyer or by a Third Party. Such facilities shall include the pipeline that extends from the tailgate of the regasification terminal to the point of interconnection with the downstream primary gas transmission facilities only to the extent such pipeline is specified in the relevant Confirmation Notice.
Buyer’s Facilities means all plant, machinery, pipelines and other equipment from the downstream of measurement facility in Buyer’s plant premises.
Buyer’s Facilities means all the facilities in relation to the Gas offtake and utilization located downstream from the Delivery Point and will include the facilities of the transporter, as applicable;
Buyer’s Facilities means the equipment installed by or on behalf of the Buyer at the entry to the Downstream System for the purposes of enabling the Buyer to receive Specification Gas to be delivered under this Agreement at the Delivery Point.
Buyer’s Facilities means the combined cycle gas turbine power plant with an installed capacity of approximately 440 MW to be constructed by the Buyer at the Buyer’s Site and all facilities and equipment required to be installed by or on behalf of the Buyer and its Affiliates for the purposes of enabling the Buyer to receive at Buyer’s Site Specification Gas to be delivered under this Agreement at the Delivery Point, but excluding the Downstream System.
Buyer’s Facilities means any and all facilities required to be constructed and installed by Buyer, at its sole cost and expense, to enable Buyer to commence the receipt of gas from Seller at the Point of Delivery specified in Section 4 hereof.
Buyer’s Facilities means (a) the facilities located either offshore or onshore in the vicinity of the Unloading Port (including port and marine facilities and any floating storage and regasification storage unit (FSRU) or floating storage unit (FSU) used by Buyer to receive LNG and store such LNG) that are used by Buyer for the fulfillment of its obligations pursuant to an Agreement and that are capable of: (i) berthing an LNG Tanker; (ii) unloading, receiving, storing, treating (if necessary), and regasifying LNG; and (iii) receiving, processing, and delivering Natural Gas and all facilities ancillary to any of the foregoing; and (b) any Buyer Connecting Pipeline.
