Adoption of Rules. The Fire Chief may adopt rules for the operation of the department and the conduct of its employees, provided such rules do not conflict with any of the provisions of this Agreement.
Adoption of Rules. (1) The Gaming Facility Operator shall submit for approval to the Tribal Gaming Office rules and procedures for play to govern the conduct of card games operated in each Gaming Facility deemed appropriate to ensure the integrity, fairness and security of play. The Tribal Gaming Office shall review and issue a letter either approving or disapproving the rules and procedures for each game to be played in the Gaming Facility prior to implementation.

Adoption of Rules. The Rules must be obeyed by all the Owners. At its first annual meeting and at every annual meeting thereafter, the Board elected by the Owners must review the Rules and may make any changes or new Rules it decides are appropriate that are consistent with this Agreement. At any time, the Board or the Property Manager, with the Board’s approval, may also make changes or make new Rules. All Rules must not be in conflict with this Agreement and must apply equally to all Owners and their Intervals.
Adoption of Rules. The safety committee may suggest rules and training programs for adoption by the City which the committee believes appropriate to reduce or eliminate unsafe conditions or practices. The City may, at the City’s discretion, implement such rules and programs following notice to and comment from the Union.

Adoption of Rules. The Administrative Committee may from time to time adopt rules for the administration of the Plan. The Board or the Members of the Association by majority vote, may adopt reasonable Rules that are not inconsistent with this Declaration relating to the use of the Common Area and all its facilities, and the conduct of Owners and their tenants and guests with respect to the Project and other Owners. Written copies of such Rules and any schedule of fines and penalties adopted by the Board shall be furnished to Owners.
Adoption of Rules. The Committee shall adopt such rules and regulations of uniform applicability as it deems necessary or appropriate for the proper operation, administration and interpretation of the Plan.
