Gaming Facility Operator definition

Gaming Facility Operator means the Tribal Enterprise designated by the Nation as having the authority and responsibility for conducting Gaming Activities within the Nation.
Gaming Facility Operator means the Cocopah Indian Tribe.
Gaming Facility Operator means the Tribal Gaming Enterprise or such other wholly owned Tribal entity having full authority and responsibility for the operation and management of Gaming Activities on Tribal Lands.

  • The State Gaming Agency is authorized to conduct an annual, comprehensive Compact compliance review of the Gaming Operation, Gaming Facilities, and the Gaming Activities of the Gaming Facility Operator to monitor compliance with this Compact, any amendments or appendices to this Compact, and other agreements relating to this Compact.
