Common use of Administrative/Personal Leave Clause in Contracts

Administrative/Personal Leave. An Administrative/ Personal leave of absence without pay may be granted to an employee by the Company in its sole discretion and in accordance with the Company’s Leaves of Absence Policy. Administrative/Personal leaves may only be requested for an absence of five (5) consecutive workdays or more and shall be limited to a cumulative total of thirty (30) calendar days in any rolling twelve (12) month period. Any extension beyond thirty (30) calendar days requires additional approvals from the Company. An employee must have a minimum of 6 months service to be eligible for an Administrative/Personal Leave. All available PTO hours must be exhausted prior to going into unpaid status while on Administrative/Personal leave.
