Collection Costs. In the event collection efforts are required to obtain payment on this Account, to the extent permitted by law, You agree to pay all court costs, private process server fees, investigation fees or other costs incurred in collection and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in the course of collecting any amounts owed under this Agreement or in the recovery of any Collateral.
Collection Costs. In addition, the Issuer will pay the costs of collection, including all amounts owed to the Indenture Trustee under Section 6.7.

Collection costs may include legal fees and expenses, costs of any arbitration or court proceeding, collection agency fees, applicable interest, and any other related cost.
