Renewal Fee. Borrower agrees to pay a fee equal to one-quarter of one percent (0.25%) of the Bank’s committed amount for the Line of Credit upon any renewal of the Line of Credit.

Renewal Fee. The Seller shall pay to the Agent, for its sole account, on the date hereof, a fully-earned and non-refundable renewal fee equal to $210,000.
Renewal Fee. For those that enroll in the IBC Practitioner’s Program beginning January 1, 2018, the annual renewal fee shall be $995.00, which fee may be increased each year thereafter by a cost-of-living increase tied to the “consumer price index,” but not to exceed five percent (5%) per year. The renewal fee shall be paid by the Enrollee to IBC through the process outlined on the IBC Website and shall entitle the Enrollee to a renewal of his or her continued participation as an Authorized IBC Practitioner in good standing.
Renewal Fee. In the event the lease is extended or renewed for a new one-year or longer lease term after expiration of the original term, Owner shall pay to Broker an additional renewal commission equal to 25% of one month’s gross income or $300, whichever is greater. This commission shall be due and payable at the commencement of the extended period. If the new lease extension is shorter than one year, the fee will be pro-rated and reduced to reflect the number of months the tenant has agreed to rent the premises.
Renewal Fee. In order to maintain use of the ATP Seal for additional Terms, Provider shall pay an annual renewal fee equal to one-half of the initial Certification Fee (“Renewal Fee”). If a Provider makes a material change in the Updated Data Contracts during the renewal period, the Provider shall pay the full Certification Fee as outlined in 8.1, however, a credit for any already-paid Renewal Fee shall be applied. The ADT may increase or decrease the Renewal Fee in future years. The terms of this Agreement, included any updated versions posted on the ADT website, shall apply to any renewal term.
Renewal Fee. In connection with each renewal pursuant to Section 2.4(b) of the Agreement, on or prior to the Business Day after the Closing Date, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent a fee (the “Renewal Fee”) in an amount equal to (i) [***]% multiplied by (ii) the Committed Amount.
