Additional Rates and Charges. For any service provided under the Transportation Agreement to which the Negotiated Rates set forth in this Agreement do not apply, Shipper shall pay FEP all applicable maximum rates, charges, surcharges, and penalties of any nature set forth in FEP's Tariff, as may be revised from time to time, including without limitation all applicable maximum: (i) reservation and commodity rates, charges, and surcharges; (ii) Fuel Gas, Booster Compression Fuel, and Lost and Unaccounted For Gas charges; and (iii) authorized and unauthorized overrun charges.   • Rates and Charges 6.3.1 Wholesale discounts for resold Telecommunications Services offerings are provided in Exhibit A. The Telecommunications Services offerings available for resale but excluded from the wholesale pricing arrangement in the Agreement are available at the retail Tariff, price list, catalog, or other retail Telecommunications Services offering rates. Telecommunications Services available for resale with or without a wholesale discount are subject to Commission-approved change, and any such changes shall apply from the effective date of such change on a going-forward basis only.

  • Schedule of Rates and Charges Any subconsultant rates and charges set forth in the Schedule of Rates and Charges must be the subconsultant’s actual rates and charges exclusive of any markup. The City will compensate the Consultant in accordance with those rates and charges.

In any case and with proper notice to You, fees, charges, balance requirements and deposit requirements may be changed by Us from time to time.

  • Service Fees and Additional Charges Any applicable fees will be charged regardless of whether the Service was used during the billing cycle. There may be a charge for additional transactions and other optional services. You agree to pay such charges and authorize the Service to deduct the calculated amount from your designated Billing Account for these amounts and any additional charges that may be incurred by you. Any financial fees associated with your standard deposit accounts will continue to apply. You are responsible for any and all telephone access fees and/or Internet service fees that may be assessed by your telephone and/or Internet service provider.

  • Other Fees and Charges Additional fees (including but not limited to, property taxes, fuel surcharges, interest fees, license fees, and late payment fees except where permitted by section 215.422(3)(b), F.S.) or fees not permitted elsewhere in the Contract are prohibited.
