The "Acknowledgments by Tenant" clause serves to confirm that the tenant has read, understood, and agrees to specific terms or disclosures within the lease agreement. Typically, this clause may require the tenant to acknowledge receipt of important documents, awareness of property conditions, or understanding of certain obligations, such as maintenance responsibilities or rules regarding use of the premises. Acknowledgments by Tenant. Tenant agrees that: (a) Tenant has notice that the Lease and the rent and all other sums due under the Lease have been or are to be assigned to Beneficiary as security for the Loan. In the event that Beneficiary notifies Tenant of a default under the Deed of Trust and requests Tenant to pay its rent and all other sums due under the Lease to Beneficiary, Tenant shall pay such sums directly to Beneficiary or as Beneficiary may otherwise request.
Acknowledgments by Tenant. Tenant agrees that: (a) Tenant has notice that the Lease and the rent and all other sums due under the Lease have been or are to be assigned to Beneficiary as security for the Loan. In the event that Beneficiary notifies Tenant of a default under the Deed of Trust and requests Tenant to pay its rent and all other sums due under the Lease to Beneficiary, Tenant shall pay such sums directly to Beneficiary or as Beneficiary may otherwise request, (b) Tenant shall, provided Landlord has given Tenant written notice of Beneficiary’s notice address, send a copy of any notice or statement under the Lease to Beneficiary at the same time Tenant sends such notice or statement to Landlord, and (c) this Agreement satisfies any condition or requirement in the Lease relating to the granting of a nondisturbance agreement.
Acknowledgments by Tenant. The Tenant agrees that it will at any time and from time to time upon not less than fifteen (15) days written notice by the Landlord, execute and deliver to the Landlord and, if required, to any mortgagee of the Landlord an acknowledgement in writing as to the status of this Lease, in the format required by the Landlord or the mortgagee;

Tenant agrees that: (a) Tenant has notice that the Lease and the rent and all other sums due under the Lease have been or are to be assigned to Beneficiary as security for the Loan. In the event that Beneficiary notifies Tenant of a default under the Deed of Trust and requests Tenant to pay its rent and all other sums due under the Lease to Beneficiary, Tenant shall pay such sums directly to Beneficiary or as Beneficiary may otherwise request and Landlord hereby irrevocably authorizes Tenant to comply with Beneficiary’s request notwithstanding any contrary instruction by Landlord and agrees that any such payments shall be credited against Tenant’s obligations under the Lease.

Tenant agrees that: (a) Tenant has notice that the Lease and the rent and all other sums due under the Lease have been or are to be assigned to Lender as security for the Loan; (b) in the event that Lender notifies Tenant of a default under the Security Instrument and requests Tenant to pay its rent and all other sums due under the Lease to Lender, Tenant shall pay such sums directly to Lender or as Lender may otherwise request; (c) Tenant shall send a copy of any notice or statement under the Lease to Lender at the same time Tenant sends such notice or statement to Landlord and (d) this Agreement satisfies any condition or requirement in the Lease relating to the granting of a nondisturbance agreement.
Acknowledgments by Tenant. Tenant advises Landlord that no default or event that with the passage of time, the giving of notice, or both, that would constitute a default or breach by Tenant has occurred and is continuing except as disclosed on Exhibit "A" to this Amendment (collectively, the "Existing Defaults"). Tenant acknowledges that, as result of the Existing Defaults, Landlord has the right to terminate the Lease and to recover possession of the Original Premises and damages for Tenant's breach in accordance with Paragraph 16 of the Lease. Tenant further acknowledges that by entering into this Amendment, Tenant will receive substantial benefits, including the following: (a) Tenant desires to retain a portion of the space comprising the Original Premises but does not require all such space and will be allowed to surrender such excess space to Landlord, (b) if Tenant timely makes each of the Minimum Monthly Payments (as defined in Paragraph 4(a)(i) below) on or before the first (1st) day of each calendar month during the remainder of the term of the Lease, Landlord will forbear from requiring Tenant's satisfaction of the Accrued Obligations (as defined in Paragraph 4(a)(ii) below), and (c) but for Landlord's agreements in this Amendment, Tenant would be subject to damages and other remedies as a result of the Existing Defaults and for failing to satisfy the Accrued Obligations as and when due.

(a) Tenant agrees that: (a) Tenant has notice that the Lease and the rent and all other sums due under the Lease have been or are to be assigned to Beneficiary as security for the Loan. In the event that Beneficiary notifies Tenant of a default under the Deed of Trust and requests Tenant to pay its rent and all other sums due under the Lease to Beneficiary, Tenant shall pay such sums directly to Beneficiary or as Beneficiary may otherwise request, (b) Tenant shall send a copy of any default notice under the Lease to Beneficiary at the same time Tenant sends such default notice to Landlord.
Acknowledgments by Tenant. Tenant hereby covenants and agrees to execute and deliver upon demand such documents and instruments as may be required to carry out the intentions of this Article XV, and in the event of Tenant's failure to execute and deliver any such documents or instruments within twenty (20) days after requested by Landlord, Tenant shall be liable to Landlord for any and all damages, costs and expenses associated with and/or arising out of such failure or refusal.
Acknowledgments by Tenant. Tenant hereby confirms the following:
(a) Tenant has accepted possession of the Original Premises pursuant to the terms of the Lease; and
(b) Landlord's Turnkey Work is Substantially Complete.
