Accumulation of ESL. Effective the beginning of the pay period following ratification of this Agreement, Nurses will begin accumulating ESL hours for use in the case of extended illness or injury. Nurses will accumulate ESL at the rate of .0116 hours per hour worked (the equivalent of 24 hours per year for a full-time employee). ESL will be accumulated on the basis of productive hours worked, including overtime, on PTO and ESL hours taken, and for paid jury duty and paid bereavement leave hours, to a combined maximum of eighty (80) such hours in a biweekly pay period. There is no limit on the accumulation of ESL.

Accumulation of ESL. ESL accrual begins on the first day of employment and accrues during all hours worked, including call-in hours, and PTO/ESL and HC time holidays worked, bereavement leave, and jury duty ESL does not accrue on On-call pay, SDI benefits, Workers’ Compensation benefits, unpaid leave of absences, and PTO paid as a lump sum.

  • Accumulation of Vacation Vacation leave may be accumulated to any amount provided that once during each fiscal year, each supervisor's accumulation must be reduced to two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours or less. If this is not accomplished on or before the last day of the fiscal year, the amount of vacation shall automatically be reduced to two hundred seventy-five (275) hours at the end of the fiscal year. Supervisors on a Military Leave under Appendix I shall earn vacation leave as though actually employed, without regard to the maximum accumulation set forth above. Vacation earned in excess of the maximum accumulation shall be taken within two (2) years of the date the supervisor returns from the Military Leave.

  • Accumulation Vacation time shall be earned and accumulated on a monthly basis in accordance with the following schedules:

  • Accumulation of Sick Leave The unused portion of an Employee's sick leave shall accrue for her future benefit, up to a maximum of one hundred and thirty (130) days.

  • Accumulation of Vacation Leave An employee who has earned at least ten (10) days' pay for each calendar month of a vacation year shall earn vacation leave of:

  • Accumulative All employees shall be entitled to ten (10) sick leave days each school/work year and all employees employed for twelve (12) months shall be entitled to twelve (12) sick leave days each school/work year, as of the first official day of said school year whether or not they report for duty on that day. Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit.

  • Accumulation of Vacation Leave Credits 31.1.1 An employee shall earn in respect of each fiscal year, annual vacation leave with pay at the following rates for each calendar month in which the employee receives at least seventy-five (75) hours’ pay:

  • Deferred Retirement a. An employee who, upon separation from County service, is eligible for paid retirement and elects deferred retirement must defer participation in the Grant until such time as he or she becomes an active retiree.

During the first three (3) years of employment, a regular or limited term employee shall earn approximately five (5) hours and fifty-one (51) minutes of annual leave during each eighty (80) hour pay period (approximately one hundred fifty-two [152] hours per year), or a prorated amount for any pay period in which the employee is paid for less than eighty (80) hours.
