Accumulation and Carryover of Sick Days. Xxxx leave for regular school year teachers will accrue in a single bank with a limit of 200 days. Sick leave for regular school year teachers shall be earned as follows: • Year one (1) — ten (10) sick days • Years two (2) and beyond — twelve (12) sick days Hourly-rated employees will accrue sick leave at the rate of one hour for every twenty-five (25) hours worked and will be provided a biweekly sick bank account on their pay advice for the hours they have accumulated. Provision of utilization of sick leave shall be the same as those of contract teachers.
