The Distribution Date shall be the 25th day of the month in which the related Record Date occurs.
Until such written notice is received by the Rights Agent, the Rights Agent may presume conclusively for all purposes that the Distribution Date has not occurred.
Until the Distribution Date (or, if earlier, the Expiration Date), the transfer of any Common Shares outstanding as of the Record Date, with or without a copy of the Summary of Rights, shall also constitute the transfer of the Rights associated with such Common Shares.
