Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account Sample Clauses
The Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account clause establishes a reserve account designed to manage fluctuations in the weighted average coupon (WAC) rate of a pool of loans or securities. This account accumulates excess interest when the net WAC rate exceeds certain thresholds and can be drawn upon when the net WAC rate falls below those thresholds, thereby smoothing out interest payments to investors. Its core practical function is to mitigate the risk of payment shortfalls due to variable interest rates, ensuring more stable and predictable cash flows for stakeholders.
