Accrued Vacation/Sick Leave Records. The City will provide each employee on a bi-weekly basis a record of accrued vacation and sick leave which the employee has earned. Vacation may be accumulated up to an amount equal to an employee's allowable vacation credits for two (2) years. Once an employee has reached the maximum accumulation limit for vacation leave, the employee will cease accruing additional vacation benefits until the employee has used a portion of his or her accrued vacation and reduces his or her balance below the maximum accumulation limit. Thereafter, vacation benefits will again begin to accrue, on a prospective basis only, until the employee again reaches the maximum accumulation limit.

  • Sick Leave Records A record of all unused sick leave will be kept by the Employer. Immediately after the close of each calendar year, each employee shall be advised of the amount of sick leave accrued to their credit.
