Accrued, Unused Vacation Time. Within the time period required by applicable law, the Executive will receive in one lump-sum payment any unused vacation time accrued in the calendar year of 2016, less any applicable local, state, or federal withholding.

Accrued, Unused Vacation Time. Upon any termination of employment, Employer shall pay to Employee, in accordance with Employer’s applicable policies, any accrued unused vacation time, if any.

  • Accrued Vacation The Executive will receive payment for accrued but unused vacation, which payment will be equitably prorated based on the period of active employment for that portion of the fiscal year in which the Executive’s termination of employment becomes effective. Payment for accrued but unused vacation will be payable in one lump sum on the effective date of the termination of employment (or as soon thereafter as practicable).

  • Vacation Time During the Employment Term, the Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year in accordance with the Company’s policy on accrual and use applicable to employees as in effect from time to time.
